The Digital Festival 2017 will take place over three connected venues: Arsenal, Chaufferie and Maison du Bois. The entrance to the event and registration desk will be located at the Arsenal – please arrive at the Arsenal to collect your badge and access the event. For security reasons, only delegates wearing a badge will be permitted access to the event venue.
Below you will find a site map. The Arsenal and Chaufferie will host the majority of the day’s sessions. The Maison du Bois will host talks, the food court and the exhibition area (open until 18:00). Please note that only part of the event venue is accessible for people with limited mobility.
How to get there
Public street parking in the proximity of the venue is very limited. We encourage participants to use public transport whenever possible.
The closest metro stations to the Arsenal are Hankar and Pétillon, with tram line 7 and bus 34 also stopping in close vicinity to the venue.
The Festival is free to attend, but are asking that delegates purchase their food on site. The food court will be located in the Maison du Bois and will be open from 11:00 to 17:30. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options will be available. The food court accepts card and cash payments.
Coffee stations will also be open throughout the day in the Arsenal and Maison du Bois from door opening until 19:30. Please note that only cash payments will be accepted at the coffee stations.
In the evening from 17:30 to 19:30, join us for the Festival after party in the Arsenal! We will have a cash bar offering wine, beer, hot drinks, soft drinks and cocktails. The bar will use a token system – please purchase your tokens before collecting your drinks. Please note that the bar will only be able to accept cash payments.
